to the website of the San Diego HIV Health Services Planning Council! 

The Planning Council is responsible for planning services for people living with HIV/AIDS in San Diego, and for allocating funding for these services under the federal Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Modernization Act of 2006 (RWTMA), Part A and B.

All meetings of the Planning Council and its committees are open to the public.  People living with HIV/AIDS are especially encouraged to attend and to get involved!  For more information about how to get involved, see Consumers or Membership.
