Welcome to the website of the San Diego HIV Health Services Planning Council!

The Planning Council is responsible for planning services for people living with HIV/AIDS in San Diego, and for allocating funding for these services under the federal Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009 (RWTEA), Parts A and B.

All meetings of the Planning Council and its committees are open to the public.  Spanish interpretation is provided with 72 hour advance notice; contact Planning Council Support Staff to request interpretation.  People living with HIV/AIDS are especially encouraged to attend and to get involved!  For more information about how to get involved, see Consumer Involvement or Become a Member.
